Operations Support and Development

We are looking for someone to work in our Operations department, both on the day to day tasks required of the business and the continued development of operational processes. The work can be performed remotely and offers the prospect of personal development and knowledge building as we expand as a business.

This is a broad operations role covering:

  • Cash and Payments

  • Nominee Transfers and Stock Holding

  • AML Processes

  • Reporting

  • Trading Operations

  • Tenant Relationships

  • Bulk Book Migration

  • Process Design and Documentation

  • Portfolio Management Support

Ideally you will have an operations and/or support background and experience in Wealth Management.

Crucial to the role will be drive and an independent attitude with a strong willingness to take on additional responsibility and ability to rise to challenges outside traditional comfort zones. Experience in a smaller financial services organisation, whilst not a pre-requisite, would be desirable. This role would offer considerable scope for long term career development including the potential for assuming CF30 roles for the right candidate in due course.
